# R8 roster allowed to explore options

Geoffroy

October 7, 2026 at 9:42 PM

[R8 Esports](https://sarpbc.org/team/r8-esports-rl) have allowed [Ghaazi](https://sarpbc.org/player/ghaazi), [Abdullah](https://sarpbc.org/player/abdullah) and [M7md](https://sarpbc.org/player/m7md) to look for a new organization while remaining under contract. Ghaazi announced the decision on 22 September.

The move follows [R8](https://sarpbc.org/team/r8-esports-rl)’s exit in the Worlds Play-In, where the MENA side fell short of a place in the group stage, as reported by [Sheep Esports](https://www.sheepesports.com/fr/articles/r8-esports-allows-roster-to-explore-its-options-under-contract/en).

Ghaazi’s post lists coach Zez0nix and manager Adot alongside the trio, with interested organizations directed to the manager.
