Germany win FIFAe Europe as World Cup field is set

Germany are FIFAe European champions after coming back from 0-2 down to beat England 4-2 in the grand final in Oeiras.

Tox, Rezears and osaft, coached by FreaKii., won four games in a row to close the series. England — ApparentlyJack, Joyo and Toxiic — take second of Europe's six World Cup slots.

France also go to Jeddah, without the world-champion trio. mtzR, yujin and GiuK finished first in their group, lost a quarter-final to Czechia, then beat Norway 4-1 in the second-chance match. Vatira, zen and juicy sat the Continental out to prepare for RLCS Worlds; they remain expected for the World Cup itself.

Europe's six: Germany, England, Italy, Czechia, France, Netherlands.

The 16-nation World Cup is in Jeddah, at the Abadi Al Johar Arena, from 20 October. Champions Weekend closes the Finals on 23–25 October. The rest of the field: United States, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Chile, Morocco, South Africa, Australia, Jordan, Oman, and hosts Saudi Arabia.
