The NRG core splits

BeastMode arrives after leaving NRG on October 16, alongside Atomic, Daniel and coach Satthew (our coverage). That group won the 2025 World Championship in Lyon, beating Falcons 4-1 in the grand final. The players had joined NRG in December 2024 after their run with G2 Esports.

The rest of that core stays together. On the same day as the Gen.G announcement, Shopify Rebellion introduced firstkiller, Daniel, Atomic and Satthew for the 2027 RLCS Club Championship.

Next stop: London

Gen.G was among the first organizations to confirm a spot in the Club Championship partner program (our coverage). The club said fans can see the new roster in action at the Club Kick-Off in London, which runs from December 9 to 13 at the Copper Box Arena (full format). Gen.G also relayed the ticket presale for the event (our coverage). Shopify Rebellion also pointed to London, which sets up an early meeting point for the former NRG teammates.
