Gentle Mates part ways with nass, Oski, Archie and coach Snaski

Gentle Mates announced on X on October 26 that it is parting ways with nass, Oski, Archie and coach Snaski. The French club posted a bilingual farewell, with a highlight video that ends on a "MERCI" card naming all four. No new roster was announced. Nothing in the post says Gentle Mates is leaving Rocket League.

This lineup delivered the club's main 2026 RLCS run: it won the Boston Major and reached the World Championship. nass also won the 2026 1v1 World Championship during that campaign. Destinations for the four are not announced in the farewell.

Gentle Mates remains a Club Championship partner after its October 23 invitation. The Club Kick-Off in London runs from December 9 to 13, with 20 invited teams plus Kick-Off Open winners. The org still needs a roster for that window.

Mercato context

The departure closes the previous project as Gentle Mates rebuilds for the Club Championship. Sheep Esports has reported a verbal agreement with zen, Vatira and Atow, still unconfirmed by the clubs (see our transfer dispute piece). Vitality confirmed zen's exit on October 23 without naming a destination.

Sheep Esports has also linked nass and Oski to Vitality alongside diaz. That destination remains a rumor: Vitality has not announced a Club Championship roster. Separately, Vitality was invited to the Coupe de France Slash with a lineup reported as Oski, nass and diaz (our short). That report is for Slash only, not a Club Championship signing.

nass, Oski, Archie and Snaski are free agents unless a new club confirms otherwise. The Club Championship mercato tracker will list the official split and keep the open rumors separate.
